LUMPIA 
2 lb. ground meat (turkey or beef)
2 cans bean sprouts
3 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
1 bunch green onions
Any chopped vegetable can be added, i.e. Chinese cabbage or water chestnuts
1 pkg. lumpia wrappers

Fry meat and add rest of ingredients except wrappers. Let cool. Separate the wrappers. Place 2 tablespoons of meat mixture onto wrappers and roll up. Seal with water. Fry in oil until lightly brown and drain.
