LUMPIA 
a bag of bean sprouts
3 carrots
1/2 bag of string beans
3 pieces of celery
1 lb. ground beef (or pork)
1 pkg. lumpia wrapper (you can buy this at any grocery store, at the frozen dept.)
Spices: salt, soy sauce, black pepper, accent or ajinomoto, chopped onions

Cut vegetables in fine pieces. Put ground beef into a large pan and boil until brown, mix all vegetables into the pan and let it boil for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle all spices. Pour it all in a colander to drain and let it cool off before wrapping. To wrap, put small amount in the wrapper, fold both sides and roll, a little touch of water at the end to seal. Dip fry until brown.
