LUMPIA 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
2 green peppers, chopped
3 onions, chopped
1 pkg. carrots, chopped
3 pieces celery, chopped fine
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. season all
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Lumpia wrappers (found in oriental section of store)

Mix together and roll in pastry wrappers about 1 tablespoon of mixture. To each wrapper, dampen edges of wrap with water to make it stick. Roll, seal, and deep fry. Place on paper to drain. Makes about 100. These can be frozen and reheated.
