2 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipping cream (whipped)
1 c. pecans, chopped
12 maraschio cherries, halved
Whip whipping cream

Cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Add this to cooked rice, add pineapple, marshmallow, pecans, cherries. Fold in whipped cream. Chill.
