MILLION DOLLAR FRUIT SALAD 
4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. milk
1 (#2) can white cherries, diced
6 bananas, diced
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1 (#2) can pineapple chunks, diced
1/2 lb. marshmalllows, diced

Combine egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and milk; blend. Cook slowly in double boiler until thick; cool. Add whipped cream. Mix in fruit and marshmallows. Chill. Yields 12 servings.
