BASIC CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
3 c. diced celery
3 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Combine pickles, vinegar, salt, eggs, mayonnaise and almonds. Pour mixture over diced chicken and celery. Mix well and chill. To make festive add 2 cups white grapes or serve on cantaloupe rings. Place on lettuce leaf or curly endive.
