CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chicken breast, deskinned
1 can cream of mushroom
1 c. rice (may be more - may be less - depending on size of chicken)
Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook chicken in crock pot for approximately 4-5 hours on low to boil. Let cool and debone. Cook rice. In a pot heat cream of mushroom soup and chicken. Mix with rice in a baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
