GREEN PEA SALAD 
2 lg. cans Del Monte sweet peas (do not use any other brand)
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 med. onion, chopped fine
6 slices American cheese, cut into sm. pieces
2 hard boiled eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Mayonnaise to taste

Drain peas. Mix everything together. Garnish with sliced eggs. Let sit in refrigerator overnight (covered). Serves 6.
