OREGON COLE SLAW 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. any variety Ramen noodles
Diced green onion to taste
Pepper to taste
Seasoning packet from noodles

Cook and drain Ramen noodles; set aside.

In large bowl combine cabbage and almonds.

In smaller bowl stir vinegar, oil, sugar and seasoning packet.

Toss noodles with cabbage and almonds. Add sesame seeds and green onion. Pour dressing over salad, toss again and serve.
