ORIENTAL COLE SLAW 
1/2 lg. head cabbage
3 green onions
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted (stir in cast iron skillet until golden)
1 (4 x 6) pkg. Top Romen noodles

Slice cabbage thinly in strips and chop onions very thin. Refrigerate in bowl. In small bowl, mix seeds, almonds, and crushed noodles. Mix, shake, and refrigerate dressing.

DRESSING:

1/8 c. sesame seed oil
1/4 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. white vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Accent (optional)
Seasoning from Romen noodles (optional) or can save for soup

Just before serving, mix the three things together. If you like noodles soft, do this ahead of time.
