ORIENTAL COLESLAW 
1 head cabbage (medium)
1 bunch green onions (1 c.)
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 c. sesame or sunflower seeds
1/3 c. Ramen noodles, crushed

Dressing:

1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/3 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 to 1/2 flavor packet from noodles

Chop cabbage and onions. Toast almonds and other seeds lightly in a skillet. Mix with vegetables.

Mix dressing together and pour over salad. Toss noodles over top and mix in lightly just before serving (to prevent sogginess).

Serves 8 to 12. Can do ahead.
