For all the bacon lovers out there! 1 (16 oz.) pkg. bacon slices 1 pkg. brownie mix (or make from scratch) Fry bacon in a skillet, drain grease afterwards. Make brownies according to package directions or if desired make from scratch. In a 13x9-inch pan grease with non-stick cooking spray (Pam) or butter. Add 1/2 brownie batter to bottom of pan then arrange all of bacon strips on top. Then pour the remaining batter, covering the bacon. Bake according to box or recipe. Enjoy!
