MINTS 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 (15 oz.) pkg. creamy white frosting mix
Food coloring (red or green)
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Place butter and milk in 2 quart bowl. Microwave until butter is melted. Stir in frosting mix. Cook until bubbly. Stir twice during cooking time. Stir in food coloring to tint. Add extract. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. When cool, store in air-tight container to keep fresh. Makes about 48 pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
