6 WEEK CAKE MUFFINS 
4 c. Raisin Bran Flakes
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining and stir. Store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. Bake as needed at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Yield: 32 muffins.
