PECAN TASSIES 
CRUST:

1 stick butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sifted plain flour

FILLING:

1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix ingredients for crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix ingredients for filling. Use 1 teaspoon filling - 3/4 full for crusts. Use a mini-muffin pan. Cook at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
