CHICKEN - VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
10 1/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 10 1/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup 8 oz. jar cheese spread 16 oz. can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained 1 1/2 c. instant rice, uncooked 2 c. chicken, cooked & diced Blend the 2 soups in a medium saucepan. Add cheese spread and stir until melted. Pour over Veg-All mixed vegetables, rice and chicken. Mix well. Bake in a 9 x 12 inch casserole or pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8. |
