MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef, preferably ground round
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. fine bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. beef seasoning (see miscellaneous section)

Combine all ingredients and mix well. It works best to mix with your fingers. Place in a large loaf pan and bake in a 375 degree F. oven for 1 hour or until meat shows no pinkness.
