BEER PANCAKES 
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. flat beer, room temperature
Salt to taste
1 tsp. oil
1 egg, separated

Place flour in bowl. Add beer, salt and oil. Stir. Should be some lumps. Cover bowl with plastic and let stand in a warm place for 3 hours. Stir in egg yolk when ready to cook. Beat egg white until stiff and fold in.
