RAISIN FILLED COOKIES 
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream

FILLING:

1 1/2 boxes raisins
Water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. cornstarch

FILLING: Cover raisins with water and cook until soft. Then add sugar, butter, and cornstarch.

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and sour cream. Chill. Roll out on floured pastry cloth and cut with large circle cookie cutter. Fill with spoonful of filling. Fold over and seal with fork tines dipped in flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Yield: 5 dozen cookies.
