QUICK MANICOTTI 
8 Manicotti shells
1 lb. lean ground beef
Garlic to taste
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (15 1/2 oz. Jar Ragu with mushrooms
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook Manicotti according to package directions; drain. Rinse in cold water; drain and set aside. Saute beef and garlic, stirring to crumble until it is no longer pink. Drain off pan drippings. Add Cottage cheese, Mozzarella, salt and mayonnaise to skillet and stir well. Stuff shells with mixture, arrange in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Combine Ragu with oregano. Pour over shells; sprinkle with Parmesan; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serves 8.
