APPLESAUCE AND LIME JELLO 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
1 1/2 - 2 c. applesauce

Dissolve Jello in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water. Cool until slightly thickened. Add applesauce and mix. Let set until firm or overnight. Add 1-2 tablespoons lime juice to enhance flavor - bottled juice is o.k.
