Lg. box lime Jello
Can crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
1 container cottage cheese

Mix up large box of lime Jello. Drain juice from pineapple. you may delete some water and replace with pineapple juice. Set Jello in to the freezer until it starts to harden. Add pineapple, cottage cheese and mayonnaise and whip all together with electric mixer. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Goes good at pot lucks.
