LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1 sm. pkg. (4 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix the lime Jello with hot water. Take juice of crushed pineapple, adding enough water to make another cup of liquid, and add to the Jello mix. Mix softened cream cheese and Jello; mix well together. Add the crushed pineapple and walnuts. Pour into a deep dish and place in refrigerator until well set, or pour into a mold.
