MEXICAN PECAN CANDY 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. cream or Pet milk
1 c. pecans
1/3 stick butter

Let sugar, vanilla, brown sugar and cream come to a boil. Add pecans and butter. Cook to soft ball stage. Beat until creamy. Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper.
