MICRO-WAVE CARAMEL CORN 
16 c. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Place popcorn into a grocery bag or microwave-safe bowl. In a 2 quart bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt. Cook on High for 2-3 minutes until mixture begins to boil. Cook 3 more minutes. Add soda to mixture, stir and pour over popcorn. Shake, cook on High for 3 minutes. Shake or stir every 30 seconds.

Cool on waxed paper or cookie sheets. Store in tightly covered container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
