MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
Onion
Salt
Pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese
2 cans Mexicana corn
1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
1 pkg. corn tortillas

Saute onions. Brown and drain hamburger and onion. Line casserole dish with portion of hamburger meat. Layer with Mexicana corn, cheese and tortilla. Pour small amount of enchilada sauce in between layers. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
