OLE' MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
Tortilla chips
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can Ranch style beans
Spanish rice
1/4 c. picante sauce
1/2 lb. Colby cheese, grated
1/2 sm. can tomato sauce

Brown meat. Drain grease. Add beans, picante sauce, 3/4 of grated cheese, and tomato sauce. In small (8 x 8 x 2 inch) casserole dish, crush a few (not too many) tortilla chips and spread on bottom. Spoon on meat mixture, then the rice on top of meat. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes in conventional oven. In microwave, cover with plastic wrap and cook 10-15 minutes. Serves four very comfortably.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
