B.B.Q. MEAT APPETIZERS 
3 lb. smoked sausage, Kielbasa, etc.
1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
1 (21 oz.) bottle of BBQ sauce (2 c.)
1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)

Boil meat in pineapple juice 1 hour. Save 1 1/2 to 2 cups juice and combine with BBQ sauce and brown sugar. Slice meat and add to sauce. Cook in oven 325 degrees for about 1 hour.

Serve hot in sauce.
