PORK CHOPS & RICE 
4 pork chops
1 c. raw rice
2 c. water
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. mushroom soup
Milk

Brown pork chops in skillet, season to taste. Put rice in casserole, add water, salt and onion. Put pork chops on top of rice. Blend mushroom soup with milk in skillet to make gravy, then pour over chops. Cover with foil. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
