STRAWBERRY NUT SALAD 
2 sm. boxes of strawberry-flavored gelatin
4 bananas
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecan bits
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries or use 2 pts. of fresh sliced
2 sm. cartons cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream

Prepare gelatin but instead of 2 cups of water, use 1 cup. Mash bananas. Mix with gelatin mixture along with a can of drained pineapple. Add 1 cup pecan bits with the strawberries. Pour half of this mixture into 8 x 12 inch dish and put in refrigerator for an hour. While this is chilling, mix cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Set aside. After an hour, pour cream cheese mixture on top of gelatin mixture. Then pour the rest of the strawberry mix on top and refrigerate.
