1 can Ro-tel tomatoes 1 sm. chopped onion 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated In a small pan heat tomatoes, their liquid and chopped onion. Cook until liquid is gone. While tomatoes are cooking, place Velveeta in microwave safe bowl and melt in microwave. Add grated Monterey Jack cheese and melt mixture using 50% power. Add tomato mixture. Can use crock pot. |
