PORCUPINES IN CHILI FLAVORED
SAUCE
 
4 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. celery
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine sauce ingredients and simmer the mixture as meatballs are prepared. Form meat mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. Put these in the baking dish. Pour sauce over them. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
