CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Bread crumbs

Mix together and form into 6 or 8 crab cakes. To freeze: Place on cookie sheet and freeze, then you can put in freezer bags - saves space.
