CHOCOLATE SYRUP CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can chocolate syrup

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Mix dry ingredients. Add dry alternately with vanilla and chocolate syrup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in greased 9x13 inch pan.

Pour hot icing over hot cake. Cool.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Boil sugar, milk and butter. Add chocolate chips. Pour on cake.
