HAMBURGER STEAK 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. sliced celery, optional
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water or milk

Mix first 8 ingredients. Form into thick patties. Fry on both sides; drain fat. Mix the mushroom soup and water or milk and pour over meat. Put in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Do not cover.
