VEGETABLE RELISH 
1 can French cut green beans
1 can very sm. English peas
1 can whole kernel corn
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimiento, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, diced

To marinate (ingredients) : 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 3/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 c. oil 1 tbsp. water

Combine all the vegetables and then mix up the marinate and cover them. Chill overnight and keep refrigerated.
