DO AHEAD CHICKEN SANDWICHES 
3/4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. almonds, chopped or sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together. Place onto buns and wrap in foil. Put into the refrigerator until ready to use. Place in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
