DO AHEAD CHICKEN 
4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned & halved
4 slices ham, cut in half
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1 c. sour cream
Paprika

Arrange ham on bottom of shallow baking dish. Place chicken on top so that pieces don't overlap. Combine soup, sherry and sour cream. Stir until blended; add mushrooms. Pour over chicken, completely it. Dust with paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
