DO AHEAD CHICKEN 
8 skinned, boneless chicken breasts
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing
1/4 c. butter, melted

Assemble in baking pan as follows: chicken first, topped with cheese cut to fit chicken; sauce made by combining soup and water, and finally sprinkled with stuffing and drizzled with melted butter. Can be baked immediately, or covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated until needed. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
