1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk
2 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
1 can (lg.) drained fruit cocktail

Mix milk and softened cream cheese. Add pudding mix with mixer until thick. Add fruit cocktail then marshmallow. Refrigerate until ready for use.
