CHICKEN CREAM CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked cut up chicken (4-5 lg. breasts)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Cook broccoli about 3 minutes and place on bottom of a 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 inch buttered pan. Put cut up chicken on top of broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, cayenne and lemon juice together and pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over this and then cover with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8 people.
