PEAR - CREAM CHEESE SALA 
1 lg. can pears (3 1/2 c. size)
1 lg. (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pt. whipping cream

Heat 2 cups pear juice (if not enough, add water to make 2 cups). Pour over lime Jello. Mix 4 tablespoons cream with cream cheese. Pour into Jello and mix well. Let cool just until Jello starts to thicken, then add 2 cups pears, mashed and 1 pint whipping cream, whipped. Pour into mold or 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish and chill until firm. Best if made day ahead.
