SASSY MEATBALLS IN SAUCE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
6 tbsp. Italian dressing
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 slices bread torn
1/4 tsp. basil or oregano
1/4 c. tomato paste

Combine meat, 4 tablespoons Italian dressing, egg, bread, cheese. Shape into meatballs. Brown in remaining 2 tablespoons Italian dressing. Remove meatballs, saute onion. Return meatballs to skillet. Blend tomato sauce, tomato paste and water. Add to meatballs with seasoning. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
