PAUL'S PUMPKIN BAR 
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread batter in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing and cut into bars.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Cream together cream cheese and butter. Stir in vanilla. Add sugar a little at a time, beating well until mixture is smooth.
