MELON BALLS WITH TURKEY AND HAM 
1 med. honeydew melon, cut in half & seed
1 med. cantaloupe melon, cut in half & seeded
4 oz. thinly sliced lean ham, visible fat removed
4 oz. thinly sliced turkey

DIPPING SAUCE;
1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp. honey
12 fresh mint leaves, chopped

Using the large side of a melon-baller, make balls from the melons; set aside. Cut the ham and turkey into 4"x1" strips. Wrap each melon ball in either a strip of ham or turkey and skewer with a toothpick. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Serve with wrapped melon balls.
