PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 lean pork chops
1 c. long-cooking rice
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup (cream of celery may be substituted)
1 can French onion soup

Combine rice, soups, and water in casserole dish. Place lightly salted and peppered chops on top of mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes.
