PORK SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
Brown in skillet:

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 onion, chopped

Drain excess fat. Add:

2 c. raw long grain rice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Chopped parsley
3 1/2 c. boiling chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
