2 English muffins split, toasted
4 tbsp. pizza sauce
2 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. mozzarella cheese
Any toppings of your choice

Take toasted English muffins. Spread with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with oregano. Add cheese and your favorite toppings. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling. (Kids can help make.)
