POP - A - PIZZA 
4 English muffins, split and toasted
4 slices salami lunch meat
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can pizza sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Chopped green peppers (optional)
Cooked sausage (optional)
Black olives (optional)
Parmesan cheese (optional)

EQUIPMENT:

2 microwave-safe plates
Paper towels
Cutting board
Pizza cutter
Tablespoon

Line plates with paper towels. Place 4 English muffin halves on each plate. Stack the salami slices on a small cutting board. Cut the salami into thin, long strips, using a pizza cutter. Then cut each strip in half; set aside. Spread 1 or 2 tablespoons pizza sauce over each muffin half. Divide salami strips evenly over the muffin halves. Sprinkle generously with Mozzarella cheese. Microwave each plate on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly. Serve immediately. Decorate with remaining ingredients, if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
