GRANPA RAY'S EASY CABBAGE SOUP 
1 large head of cabbage
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 (12 to 16 oz.) can mixed peas & carrots
4 tbsp. hemp fiber
a dash or two of hickory smoke (optional)
2 to 3 tbsp. green Sriracha sauce (optional)

Slice and cut cabbage to desired size. Steam in strainer pot until tender, stirring every few minutes. Add chicken stock, peas/carrots, hemp fiber, hickory smoke and Sriracha sauce then stir until completely mixed. Reduce heat to medium low and cook five minutes to heat added ingredients thoroughly. Let set about 5 minutes and then enjoy!
